Parking space in Gran Reserva in the basement of the Building

There is a parking space in the Gran Reserva building, 50 metres from the beach. It is a parking space in the semi-underground of the building, in a guarded and secure area. It is easy to access, with an electric gate to the basement and a ramp with a slight incline. The parking space is delineated on the ground and consists of approximately 19 square metres. The car park is located under carrer de les Flors in the Gran Reserva area, next to the pharmacy. Leaving the car park there is a lift that leads directly to the apartments. If you have an apartment in Gran Reserva, Moxo or Bahia, this parking is ideal for you, as it is located in a quiet and guarded residence.
